It can be better

The extra bed was a mattress placed on the floor, on which we could not sleep and for which we paid 40 euros/night.

Great location and time realy enjoyed every bit of it.

The sauna in the bathroom and spa on the side were in perfect places

Staff didn't knock some times once they were informed thou they respected boundaries

It worked for us and made a pleasant enough stay

Pleasant decour and facilities. Reception and the door men were very helpful

The restaurant was nice but the staff were not all particularly fast or proactive

Wonderful

Excellent location, quiet, good room sizes and clean. Fantastic rooftop bar. They kindly gave us one room early.

Breakfast was good but the same every day. Some variety would have been nice.

Good hotel venue but noisy at night

Great breakfast and location

We were on the 6th floor and the noise from the sky bar was very loud and so it was hard to sleep as this went on until 2am on some nights. Also on the last night had very noisy neighbours who came back from the bar at 2am and continued to make noise in the room until 4am. There was also a lot of noise from Babushka nightclub at the street level at around 5am when that closed.

Wonderful

Room was a little small, but really, it was fine. There was nothing to put our luggage on. Other than that, the bathroom was great, the pool as we great and the breakfast was phenominal. he spa was amazing!

It took a really long time to get coffee at breakfast, maybe because we came during the rush, but still. The room didn't have any place for us to put our luggage, other than that, it was great. The gym - none of the abs machines were working right and there was only one machine for legs.

Very Good

Great location, comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Music from the rooftop and the pool is unnecessarily loud and can be heard the rooms/hallways up to around midnight — the stay would be much more comfortable if music was toned down. The AC was a little noisy, but nothing too crazy.

Staffs were super nice and made us feel welcome.

Toilet has weird smell and stayed there for 2 days even after we made a complain.

Perfect place close to the airport with walking distance to the old town of Marrakech

Perfect location. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Got upgraded to a de-luxe room because of staying there the week before as well.

Some small maintenance is needed a few places.

Wonderful

The people are very friendly, the spa treatments were excellent and the extra care the hotel manager took to make sure everything was good was really nice!!

The bar on the rooftop is only open after 6pm. It would be nice to enjoy the sun at the rooftop with restaurant services during the day, but that was not an option unfortunately. At night the rooftop had a great DJ playing! The hotel restaurant downstairs offer very nice breakfasts with many options. One thing that could be improved is maybe a more clear table service. It sometimes felt like the restaurant staff was running around and everybody had 10 different tasks catering to all people all at once. A bit chaotic.. Other than that the staff is super friendly and happy to help!

location, friendly staff, especially Ms.hakema, was very friendly and helpful ???? atmosphere of the area

despite what was mentioned at booking, there was no air-conditioner (temperature outside reached 27 ° cel ) no water boiler there is a nespresso coffee machine without capsules rooms are small, almost half the space is toilet

Lovely staff and good rooms

The staff were attentive and very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. There are some rooms close to the club which is quite noisy. There was a female day manager who was very attentive.

How close the room was to the club. Would’ve liked air con that was colder, but appreciate that this is a personal preference.

Staff were very friendly, leila was great. The location where we were staying was perfect because the places we wanted the visit were walkable and outside of the hotel there is always a taxi available if you need it.

Great hotel, but no A/C

The hotel in general and rooms are nice, and the breakfast was EXCELLENT.

They state that they have A/C but it is not true. When we arrived the rooms were very hot and they explained the hotel has central A/C and that it is not available in winter. So, essentially, rooms have no A/C and you just have to deal with it.

A perfect place to enjoy every second.

Perfect location in the nice area of the city, easy to find and park, feel safe and secured. The staff are amazing and the food is great. Musics in the restaurant were so good. Big bed and clean bathroom.

The room was on the side of the main road so was pretty noisy especially in the morning and night. Also the tap in the bathroom was a bit broken.
